⚠️ Credit Expiry Notice:   

‧⁠  ⁠Check your package details for:  

  → Activation date (first class attended)  

  → Expiration date  

  → Remaining credits  

📅 Validity Rules:  

‧⁠  ⁠Effective period starts from your first booked class date

‧⁠  ⁠All classes must be completed within the validity period  

‧⁠  ⁠No refunds or transfers for purchased packages  

🔄 Cancellation Policy:  

‧⁠  ⁠Changes/cancellations require 24-hour advance notice

‧⁠  ⁠No-shows/same-day cancellations:  

  → No make-up classes  

  → No refunds  

⚖️ General Terms:  

‧⁠  ⁠AERIALOGY ARTS & ENTERTAINMENT LTD. reserves final discretion in all disputes  

‧⁠  ⁠Classes require minimum 2 students:  

  → Cancellation notices sent by 23:59 the day prior  

  → If cancelled due to low enrollment, alternative class arrangements offered (no refunds)

‧⁠  ⁠Class details (time/location) sent via WhatsApp/Instagram/email 1 day prior
